The upstairs unit is working fine, but the downstairs unit is unable to cool the house below 72 deg. I had a tech come out to take a look, he checked freon levels, checked evaporator coils and condenser and it looked fine to him. The units are 2-ton Goodman Mfg, each cooling about 1,200sq.ft., 8ft ceiling per floor.
